How partners work with us
Every project is structured to accept capital at two levels — short-term private lending secured by real property, and longer-dated equity through our Reg D Fund. Talk to us about a specific project before committing capital; nothing on this page is an offer to buy or sell a security.

Private Lending
Standard mortgage documents with a recorded deed of trust against the project property. Terms negotiated directly per deal — not offered publicly. Per-state lender licensing rules apply. IRA-friendly through self-directed custodians.
